The 12-Week UNCHARTED STEPS™ Experience brings the UNCHARTED STEPS™ Method to life through guided learning, practical action, reflection, and supportive accountability. Instead of handing you another rigid plan, it helps you create changes that work inside your actual life and teaches you how to keep going when life does not cooperate.
This Experience Is for You If…
You know your health matters. You already know most of what you should be doing. Consistency is the part that keeps breaking down.
You are tired of:
Starting strong and losing momentum
All-or-nothing approaches that do not fit real life
Feeling as though every setback means starting over
Knowing what to do but struggling to do it consistently
Making promises to yourself that you cannot keep
You do not need another perfect plan. You need a different way to approach change.
A Method for Change. An Experience for Putting It into Practice.
The UNCHARTED STEPS™ Method is the behavior-change framework at the heart of Age Uncharted™. It is built on a simple idea: lasting change comes from small, repeatable steps you actually follow through on, not from perfect adherence to someone else’s plan.
It moves through nine steps, and the steps spell its name.
Unlearn the stories that keep you stuck
Notice the patterns behind your behavior
Create small, sustainable commitments
Hold yourself accountable without shame
Accumulate evidence of follow-through
Reset quickly when life happens
Trust yourself again
Expand the Method into new areas
Decide who you are becoming
How the 12 Weeks Unfold
Weeks 1–4 — Understand
Look honestly at the patterns that have made consistency difficult and create realistic commitments that fit the life you actually have.
Weeks 5–8 — Practice
Put those commitments into action with support, and develop a healthier approach to accountability, without shame or perfectionism.
Weeks 9–12 — Sustain
Learn to respond differently to setbacks instead of letting them become restarts and shape a personal approach you can keep using long after the 12 weeks end.
By the End, You Will Have…
Evidence of your own ability to follow through
Confidence and self-trust built through action, not intention
A repeatable approach to change that belongs to you
Your 12-Week Experience Includes
Coaching sessions: 12 weekly group sessions, 75 minutes each
Course lessons: Weekly video lessons with a written companion, approximately 30 minutes each
The UNCHARTED STEPS™ Workbook: is your companion for the full 12-Week UNCHARTED STEPS™ Experience. It holds the exercises, check-ins, and reflections you'll return to each week alongside your coach — a single place to track not just what you did, but who you're becoming while you do it.
Each week follows the same seven-part rhythm, so the workbook becomes easier to use as the program builds:
• A brief introduction to that week's purpose.
• A Check-In assessment to track how you're doing across the domains that matter.
• Two guided exercises that teach and apply that week's core idea.
• A forward-focus exercise for choosing where to put your energy next.
• A short set of reflection questions.
• A Notes from Coaching page for insights and commitments from your live session.
Accountability and support: A weekly rhythm you practice rather than a report you file. Each week you name what you are committing to, and each week you look at what actually happened — not to justify it, but to learn from it.
A closed group, just your cohort: You go through the 12 weeks alongside the same small group from start to finish, in a private space on [platform] that no one outside your cohort can see. Everyone is on the same week, working through the same material.
Time commitment: about [3] hours per week.
This Is Not Another Program to Be Perfect At
The goal is not perfect adherence. It is not following someone else’s plan flawlessly. And it is not seeing how much you can change in 12 weeks.
The goal is learning how to create meaningful change without continually having to start over.
Meet Margaret
I'm Margaret Peters, founder of Age Uncharted™ and an AFPA Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
I enjoyed good health for most of my life. Then in my late 50s I began dealing with high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, and more recently Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease. Learning to navigate my own health became my work, and it's what led me to create this program. Managing a condition that does not go away is exactly where starting over stops being an option.
My coaching philosophy is simple: lasting change isn't about knowing more or following a perfect plan. It's about understanding your behavior, making realistic commitments, and learning how to keep moving forward.
I created the 12-Week UNCHARTED STEPS™ Experience because I know how frustrating it is to understand what you should be doing for your health and still struggle to do it consistently. The years ahead deserve more than good intentions.
FAQs
What if I fall behind or miss a week?
Nothing breaks. Learning to pick back up without starting over is not a workaround in this program, it is the actual skill you are here to build. You will practice it with support rather than on your own.
How much time will this take?
Coaching is 1 hr. and 15 min. (75 min)
Is this a diet or exercise plan?
No. This is not a rigid diet, an exercise program, a medical treatment plan, or a one-size-fits-all challenge. It is coaching in how you make and keep commitments, so it works alongside whatever you choose to do with movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and self-care.
Do I need to be at a particular fitness or health level to start?
No. What you need is a willingness to begin with small actions and build from there, and to take an active part in the coaching. The starting point is wherever you actually are.
Is the coaching group or one-on-one?
Group only.
Who else will see what I share?
Only your cohort. Each group gets its own closed space that closes when the group finishes, so nothing you write sits on the internet afterward. The one ground rule is that members share what they are trying, not what anyone else should do.
I have tried programs before and quit. Why would this be different?
Most programs assume that if you know what to do, you will do it, and they treat a missed week as failure. This one starts with the patterns that actually interrupt consistency and builds an approach around them.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You leave with a practical plan for continuing on your own, built during the final weeks rather than handed to you at the end.
