Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps clients clarify goals, explore motivation, identify obstacles, build confidence, and create personally meaningful strategies for behavior change.

Rather than telling you exactly what to do, a coach helps you determine what matters to you, what actions are realistic, and how you want to move forward.

While coaching is open to adults broadly, Age Uncharted™ helps women 50+ who are tired of starting over build health habits they can trust themselves to keep. The coaching is well suited for anyone tired of repeated restarts and seeking realistic, sustainable health habits that fit their real-life context.

The UNCHARTED STEPS™ Method is Age Uncharted's proprietary behavior-change framework designed to help clients build sustainable health habits. It guides you through stages including unlearning limiting stories, noticing behavior patterns, creating realistic commitments, and rebuilding self-trust through consistent follow-through. This method is teachable and repeatable, equipping you with tools to maintain lasting change beyond coaching sessions.

The 12-week experience provides a structured yet flexible coaching container where you clarify health priorities, define manageable actions, practice accountability, and design a continuation plan. This program helps you build habits you can trust and reduces the drop-off common after typical programs end.

The experience may be offered through individual coaching, a small-group cohort, or a combination of both. Current format, availability, and enrollment details will be explained during the interest or consultation process.

Your past attempts can provide useful information.

Instead of treating previous experiences as evidence that you cannot change, I examine what those experiences can teach you about your needs, patterns, expectations, environment, and preferred forms of support.

You are not required to erase your past. You can use it to build a more effective path forward.

No.

Health and wellness coaching does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care. You should continue working with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns, diagnoses, treatment decisions, medications, and individualized clinical guidance.

Coaching can help you take a more active role in your health and follow through on appropriate goals alongside your healthcare team.
